As an Assistant Professor at Cadi Ayyad University, my research and teaching focus on the
intersection of innovation management, social entrepreneurship, and corporate social
responsibility (CSR). Holding a Ph.D. in Management Science from Cadi Ayyad University.
I
am interested in how organizations can reconcile economic performance with social and
environmental impact.
My work explores emerging business models, sustainable innovation strategies, and the role of social entrepreneurs in solving major societal challenges. I regularly collaborate with companies, incubators, and non-profit organizations to develop practical solutions and train tomorrow's managers for more responsible leadership.

Research
My research program investigates the mechanisms through which innovation and entrepreneurship can address pressing societal challenges. I utilize mixed-methods approaches, combining in-depth case studies with quantitative analysis to uncover the drivers of sustainable performance and social impact.

The Trust-Sustainability Nexus in Social Entrepreneurship (TSN-SE) Project is a focused research initiative investigating how trust operates as the critical enabler of sustainable social impact. Through systematic literature reviews and conceptual analysis, the project develops novel frameworks to address key tensions such as digital scaling, investor relations, and mission resilience, faced by social entrepreneurs. The project seeks to make a dual contribution: to extend the theoretical frontiers at the intersection of trust and sustainability, and to translate these insights into evidence-based frameworks for practitioners, with results channeled into leading disciplinary publications.
